GREAT TIME FOR BUYERS TO GRAB COASTAL VALUE

As lifestyle driven coastal markets fared worse than any other markets over the year, conditions are now improving, and now is by far the best time for positioning in the market while prices remain lower. With the turnaround coming from a low base, however, and most coastal lifestyle markets similar to Apollo Bay still providing a wide range of opportunities, generally prices are still lower than last year. Despite the strong jump in market activity, monthly sales in the shire are below 10 year averages, suggesting competition in the market is far from fierce.

However, our Vendors and Agency have defied the above trend recording some recent record sale prices for specific areas:
• Cawood Street – Sold for close to $800,000
• Heathfield Estate – Sold for $800,000 plus
• And strong median price sales in the last few weeks
We look forward to this continued confidence in the market with the market realising the exceptional value.

Once again, reinforcing the point of difference our Agency offers, and representing the maximum the market will offer to every seller with capability to be responsive to all buyer activity whether via internet, print media, radio, TV or our four strategically placed offices.

Also, I am proud to announce a couple of very exciting new listings:
