Apollo Bay has started to attract buyer interest for properties again at the top end.

A 301 sq.m vacant block of land has recently been sold for a district record price based on square metre rate, of around $460,000.

The property was first purchased some 2 years ago when the subdivision was initially released paying around the $400,000 mark.
