Our Backyard – Apollo Bay

Hard to believe that we are now half way through January and with multiple transactions in the first half of the month, our market has performed well.

Historically the back end of the month is the post productive and if we can continue this trend, then 2014 will be off to a solid start.

Highlight of the last week was the contracting of 460 Great Ocean Road at close to $1,000,000, with land sales at Apollo Bay Heights, C-AIR townhouse, townhouse on Murray Street, combine this with some strong offers.

Although our recent heatwave (phew) has been a little sub-divided, with weather cooling over the coming days, we are expecting a strong ‘back half’ of January where well priced stock is certain to be at the top of the shopping list.
